VigilAgent Methodology: Modeling Normal and Anomalous Situations

چکیده
This paper describes the experience and the results of using the VigilAgent agent methodology to develop surveillance systems. This work is based on the suitability of agent characteristics for developing surveillance systems. It is usual to develop them following an ad-hoc approach instead of using a methodology to guide stakeholders in achieving quality standards expected from commercial software. The experimental setting is based on the development of an application for monitoring and controlling the normal and anomalous situations that happen when humans access to a specific area.
